You may cancel your order, without having to give any reason, and claim a full refund at any time up to 14 working days after you receive the goods. You may cancel by giving
us notice in any of the following ways: by written notice sent to us by post, by fax, by e-mail. You may use the attached model withdrawal
form form.pdf or form.txt, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication
concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Prior to the cancellation, you shall retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You are under the duty to take reasonable care to see that the returned goods are received by us and not damaged in transit.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You will be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days after we have received your cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If your goods are defective, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days working days after you receive the goods. We will refund the cost of shipping returning the goods to us.
